our story
We read the labels.
Then we made our own.
afterhrs exists because the supplement aisle has a habit: beautiful packaging, fairy-dust doses, promises nobody can keep. We wanted one product that does what it says. So we built it.
The industry's quiet habit
It's called underdosing. An ingredient makes the label, at a fraction of the amount any study ever used. It reads well on the front. It does very little inside you.
So we built the product we couldn't find: real doses, printed on the front of the tub, with timelines we can stand behind. If a number is on our label, it's the number that matters.

A good evening is not a luxury.
The day takes what it takes. The hours after are yours. The Nightly by afterhrs exists to end the day well — and let the night do its work.
Honest timelines, up front.
-
Sleep — about a week
Restful sleep support you can feel within the first week.*
-
Skin — about eight weeks
Hydration and elasticity support takes time to show.*
-
Hair — longer
Hair works in months, on its own schedule.
Anyone promising faster is selling something. We'd rather under-promise and keep you for years.
How The Nightly by afterhrs got made
Months before a single tub
Round after round of research into what actually works — and at what dose. The formula changed many times. The standard didn't.
Every ingredient has a job
If it couldn't earn its place at a real dose, it didn't make it in. No fairy dust, no label decoration.
Tested, every batch
Every batch goes to an independent lab — heavy metals, microbiology. Not once. Every time.
1 mg melatonin, on purpose
Because more isn't better. Low-dose is the informed choice — the industry's 10 mg is the overkill, not our shortfall.
What this is not
- Not a miracle
- Not a sedative
- Not a detox
One good ritual, done nightly. That's the whole idea — and it's enough.
Stay for the good part.
Sleep notes, skin timelines, and the occasional honest ramble from the people behind The Nightly by afterhrs. One email now and then — never more than matters.
